- School Registration Paperwork – can be completed online
- After School Plans
- Family Survey
- Free/Reduced Application (not required)
NEW students please do the following:

- Registration Paperwork – please come to the building to complete
- Student Addendum
- Provide Proof of Birth
- Provide Immunization Record
- Sign up for interviews – Kinder Only
In-Person Registration:
- August 17th: 8:30am – 3:30pm
- August 18th: 8:30am – 3:30pm
- August 19th: 10:00am – 6:00pm
